Chaperone Responsibilities
• Chaperone must be responsible for their students at the OK SAFE Teen Conference Day, including lunch time, breaks, and all transition periods.
• Chaperones are responsible for registering themselves and their students by October 25, 2024.
• Chaperones and students are expected to arrive on time and attend all activities for OK SAFE Teen Conference Day.
• Students are expected to act in a respectful and appropriate manner during the event.
• Chaperones and students may dress in casual attire that follows their local school dress code. Shirts in local school colors, with school mascot or school logo are highly encouraged.
• Mileage reimbursement will be provided to all schools that attend the OK SAFE Teen Conference Day. These reimbursements will be provided after the chaperone and students attend the OK SAFE Teen Conference Day. Schools that register, but do not attend, will not receive mileage reimbursement.
