What this site is
SeatbeltsAreForEveryone.org is an independent website about seat belt use and road safety for drivers and families in the United States. We publish plain-language guides on seat belt laws, rear-seat safety, phone-use laws, and how traffic tickets can affect car insurance. Every article links to the sources it relies on, mainly NHTSA, IIHS, GHSA, and state statutes.
Who runs it
The site is written and maintained by Cesar Marroquin, who has owned the domain since September 2026. It is a small, independent project. There is no organization, charity, or program behind it, and we do not collect donations or recruit volunteers.
Not affiliated with Oklahoma SAFE or DCCCA
This domain was previously home to Seatbelts Are For Everyone (SAFE), a teen-led seat belt program in Oklahoma operated by DCCCA, Inc. That program is still active and is not connected to this website.
SeatbeltsAreForEveryone.org is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of DCCCA, Inc., the Oklahoma SAFE program, the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office, Service Oklahoma, NHTSA, or any other government agency or school. We do not speak for any of them.
After the SAFE program stopped using this address, the domain changed hands. It was used by other, unrelated parties before the current owner acquired it in September 2026. None of that content was ours, and it is no longer on the site.
